What does a typical party look like?
Most parties start with crafting for about an hour. After that, guests usually enjoy cake, snacks, celebrate, and sing happy birthday together 🎂
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the crafts chosen by your group, plus a 15% service fee.
If everyone does the same project, pricing is simply the project price × number of guests.
Guests can also choose different crafts. For example, if your budget is around $30–35 per guest, we can recommend a few options that fit.
Can guests choose different crafts?
Yes! Guests can choose different crafts during the party.
Can guests do more than one craft?
Yes! If guests finish early or want to add another activity, additional crafts can be added during the party. Smaller projects like decoden cream hair clips, bracelets, or mini plaster painting are great add-ons.
What is the minimum and maximum group size?
Parties usually have a minimum of 7 guests and work best for up to 15 guests.
If you have a larger group, feel free to call us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Can I decorate the party area?
Yes! Feel free to bring your own decorations, balloons, tablecloths, and party supplies — though they’re not required. If you’d like extra setup time before the party, just give us a call in advance.
What food do people usually bring?
Pizza, snacks, cupcakes, fruit, juice — anything easy to share works great!
Can we take our projects home the same day?
Most crafts can be taken home the same day. Only medium and large Fluid Bears may need extra drying time and can be picked up the next day.
How far in advance should I book?
There’s no strict rule, but booking earlier gives you more time options. You can reserve your party time first and finalize guest count and craft choices a few days before the event.
What times are best for parties?
If you’d like a quieter experience, we recommend morning time slots like 10–12 AM or 11–1 PM.
Afternoons can get busier. Earlier times may also be available — feel free to call and ask!
Can adults join the party too?
Of course! Our parties are fun for both kids and adults, and parents are welcome to stay too.
If all parents plan to stay and the group is over 15 people, space may feel a little tight — feel free to call us to discuss arrangements.
Where can we park?
If you’re just dropping off, there is a loading zone right in front of the studio.
There’s also a public parking lot across the street. Street parking on Sundays and along the Carrboro side is free as well.
What if we arrive late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but arriving on time helps everyone enjoy the full experience.
Do you help with setup and cleanup?
Yes! We take care of setup and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the party.
Can I book for a school or organization event?
Absolutely! We welcome schools, clubs, and team events.
