What Are The ArtsCamp Session Timings?Our ArtsCamp sessions take place from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, providing a full morning of creative activities and fun.

What Is The Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy?If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 10 days before the camp start date to receive a refund, minus a $25 service fee per camper per camp. Should a camp session be canceled due to low enrollment one week before it starts, you have the option to transfer to another camp of equal tuition or receive a full refund. For cancellations due to illness, please reach out to our camp staff for assistance.

What Should My Child Wear to Camp?We recommend that campers wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that can get messy, as well as closed-toe shoes for safety.

What Supplies Should My Child Bring?All necessary art and craft supplies will be provided by the camp. However, campers should bring a water bottle, a snack, and a packed lunch each day.

What About Snack Breaks And Lunch?We have a designated snack break at 10:30 AM, so please ensure campers bring a snack and a water bottle each day. Lunch is supervised from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, during which campers can enjoy free ice cream. However, please remember to pack a lunch for your child.

What Is The Camp Counselor Program?Our Camp Counselor Program offers high school students the chance to earn service hours while gaining valuable experience working with children and developing leadership skills.

What Are The Pick-Up And Drop-Off Times?Drop-off is scheduled from 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM, and pick-up is from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.

Can Younger Students Sign Up For Older Level Camps?Our camps are crafted with age-specific activities and learning goals to ensure an enriching experience for all participants. Therefore, we recommend students enroll in camps that match their age group. However, we recognize that some younger students may possess advanced skills or a mature focus. If you feel your child would thrive in an older level camp, please contact us to discuss this possibility.

How Do I Communicate My Child's Allergies Or Medical Conditions?When registering, please provide detailed information about any medical conditions or allergies your child has. If your camper has additional needs, contact our camp staff to ensure we can provide the best possible experience for your family.
